Wouldn't rely on their practices as of late. They always have trouble with their page, shipping, and Customer service. Sometimes phone is turned off! In the past 3-4 months, the company has cut the products in half, (if you get your order) while the price remains the same! Anyone need a serious product, from a serious beard cultivator?..(HMU)
Only just started my one year monthly trial . First box came right away . Second box was two weeks late or more. Third box still hasn't arrived and it the end of the third month .
My friend recommended this company one night while discussing our fatuation with facial hair. I tried it and I stood an inch taller. i suddenly spoke in a lower tone and everyone instantly respected me. I'm not sure if it was the natural ingredients in lucky scruff or the Holy scent that made me irrestistable to anyone in a mile radius. You must try this product but beware that your life will be changed forever.
The products are among the best I've had. And the beard oils...first rate!
So I ordered some beard oil and balm. It arrived promptly and I really liked the scent. However i ran into a small issue with the balm and contacted the company. They replied promptly and very professionally. With no questions asked they sent a replacement beard balm the same day. Lucky Scruff is the first company I have purchased beard products from and will certainly be my last. Great products combined with excellent customer service. They have won my business!
