I recently purchased a shave soap and a straight razor. I love the shave soap however the razor came with a box of blades... The wrong blades. So I guess i have to go buy blades

Frist time purchaser for my bearded man. I ordered the sample vials and balms and wash. To my surprise they sent me full size balms at no additional cost bc they were out of the smaller ones. Rather than making me wait they took the hit and provided me with more! The product happened to arrive while he was checking the mail, my bearded man is more than happy w the product and he's super cheap so seeing the full size at no additional cost was a bonus! We will be repeat customers! Cheers! PS he smells delicious!
Awesome customer service. I ordered a soft bristle brush and a sample pack of three beard balms. When I got my order there were three full size beard balms with a note from Jon that they ran out of the sample size and the upgrade was on them. Very cool of a company to make sure their customers are happy. You guys have earned my repeat business. Thanks Jon.

Received my first monthly shipment yesterday, tried it this morning and I'm a fan!!
Tried the mustache wax tonight it is great stuff super high quality and didn't have to reapply in the heat and humidity. American made right here in Nashville.
