BUYER BEWARE!!! Lucky Scruff lacks integrity & customer service. I placed an order on November 1st (it's now November 12th) and the order is still "processing." According to their website they ship orders the very next day. This is clearly not true. I have tried to call them but I got a message saying they don't accept phone calls and was directed to their website to send a message. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. It took 14 days to receive the package from an online order. No one responds to emails or returns phone calls.

Waited over 2 months for my order with no responses to any contact method. Had to file a dispute with credit card to get a refund.
Answer your phones and return voice messages. Love the products but unfortunately the service after the sale is definitely lacking. Have not received order that was placed on February 10.
