SCAM ALERT charged me two months now for beard club which on my account says I’m not even signed up for, when I emailed them that they overdrafted my account and they sent me a T-shirt which helped nothing, haven’t even received the box or shirt which was a month and a half ago and they just charged me again for a box....again my account says I have never placed and order or anything they just keep taking it and you cannot get ahold of them. Scam
They’ve charged us for two months now with no products received at all. When you try to contact them they never answer you or respond and just keep charging you. Products may be ok but not worth paying that much.
Very disappointed. In may I ordered a trial oil, did not sign up for anything monthly.. so this week I have a charge on my card for $24...I go to the website to see if by some chance I pushed the wrong option or something but my account has no information on it... no recent orders, no card information, no monthly beard club.. but somehow I have a $24 order coming to me.. I have emailed the company 3 times and have heard nothing!!!
$25/month for the beard box that progressively gets worse. My last one contained only an unlabled bar of soap and the same damn mustache wax that comes in every box. People have allergies to stuff. How about including whats in the soap? What sent is it? Nope just a sketchy ass bar of soap and some wax. Is that even legal to distribute non labeled body products? I just received my second box and I found both to be very useful my first and a beard comb and my second had a beard brush both had oil and my first had wax I'm liking the shirt as well
No reply to customer support email, online chat and phone calls. Don't waste your time with this company.
Tried them all hands the best. Lucky Scruff is the only beard products I will buy from this point on. Like so much also joining the beard club.
I love all of their products that I have tried to date. My absolute favorite so far is the original but slot of their product scents are very unique and very effective.
