Buyer beware! Have called multiple times since not receiving the product. Sent several emails. Still no product and absolutely no customer service response. Now have to dispute the charges with my bank.
DO NOT ORDER FROM LUCKY SCRUFF. Customer service won’t return calls, emails, tweets, DMs. “Make it right guarantee” is a lie. Order placed 11/23, and the company ghosted. No product delivered and the company won’t respond to inquiries. Will be reporting to my credit card company as fraudulent charges. I will update this review if the matter is handled appropriately and professionally. Otherwise, take your money and business elsewhere.
I've called and left voicemails, left multiple emails, even escalated the messages to cancel my subscription as it's no longer needed. They ignore them all and continue to take money. This company is apparently great till you try to cancel or contact them. I see other people have had the same problem 😠
They will take your money online and will not send you the products. They also won't respond to any emails or calls.
they keep charging my wife's credit card when there's nothing coming. at this point she going to report the company as fraud.

I have been charged 15+ charges of $24.99 unauthorized witching past 3 days!!! Can NOT get anyone to call me back with any explanation!!!!!! Very upset!!!! 😡
I ordered 3 products, 2 arrived. I have send several emails, called the phone number, nothing..... I love their products but I think they have lost a customer. save your time and money.
