Crooks, will not answer emails or phone. Have been trying to cancel subscription only to have them ignore all attempts at cancelling and bill my card without ever sending product. Absolute crooks!

Customer service doesn’t respond. I need my monthly membership cancelled. I have requested this 3 times now since March, was charged for March, never received the products or a response, and have requested again that it be cancelled. ZERO RESPONSE. I will be reporting them

if you order online, they 100% will take your money, never ship your order, and then never respond to your multiple attempts to contact them about a refund

I have sent several emails to STOP payment and no results. They advertise MONEY BACK GUARANTEE but does not follow through with these requests.

I placed an order on 2-28-2020. It is now 3-12-2020 and I have not received the order. My card was charged. I’ve reached out to the company and have had no more than an automated email response saying someone will contact me. No one has contacted me. There is no phone number to reach a human. Do your facial hair a favor and buy from a place who values your business and not just the money they steal off your first order, which they never send out. I wouldn't recommend Lucky Scruff purely on their customer service. They have GREAT products but you can never get what you ordered so whats the point. I made an order on 1/22, I submitted a status request on 2/4 to see when it was going to ship. They replied on 2/7 apologizing for the delay and said they would include a gift card for the delay (which is very nice) The USPS tracking they sent me on 2/7 said "Pre-Shipment" and as of 2/28 it still says the same thing. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all BUYER BEWARE!!! Ordered my product on Jan 18 and still haven’t received my product. I am lucky enough to travel for work and have people that work for me that live in franklin, and they stoped by the store & the store isn’t even open during the week due to the person having a full time job. You should take your wed site down you PUCKING piece of garbage!!!! You sit there and continue to take peoples money and not send product or even answer emails. It asks: "What can we do to improve"... How about for starters, when someone orders your product, you ship it. I ordered $140 worth of products on 1/5/20 with 3 to 5 day shipping and still nothing. it is 1/22/20. one would think that this is the first time it has happened.... THREE TIMES. I filed a ticket to check on my order status and no one reached out. I was even nice about it. I have had it with the "customer service " that this company has. Where TF do I begin. First off I waited days with no response about my order yet my card was charged. Second when the wife made the order they said I'd get a free shirt and 4-5 full size products. third I recived my box but after opening it I only recieved a bottle of oil, Chapstick, and and fkn shot glass....wtf I want a refund
