NICE, COZY, QUIET LIVING – I love my Nice and cozy apartment!! Being a first time renter I did not know what to expect but the experience I have had here this year since I started school has been amazing. I love the location, small number of units, laundry facility. Management is very friendly. I hope to stay here till I am done with school. Single MOMMY – I am a perfectionist and had to find an apartment that was clean, friendly and a safe location! WIth these requirements I thought i would not be able to find anything I could afford since I'm on a tight budget being a single mother of 2!! A HAPPY TENANT – I HAVE LIVED IN MY APARTMENT ON TIJERAS AND ASH FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS! AND JUST HAVE TO SAY I AM REALLY LIKING THE QUIETNESS OF THE AREA!! I AM A STUDENT ON A BUDGET AND ITS CLOSE TO UNM, AND THIS MAKES IT AN AWESOME LOCATION AND ITS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FOR SHOPPING, EATING, ENTERTAINMENT AND BUS ROUTES! Lucaya House Apartments aka La Ventana – I lived at La Ventana Apartments located on University and Coal Place for 2 years and 2.5 months. I would not recommend that anyone rent from them. My experiences were largely decent up until the end, and that, within itself, was absolutely mind boggling. I am still baffled by what happened. I was not a good experience to say the least. When I first moved into Midtown I was worried that the building would be noisy since it located so close to UNM and CNM. I just assumed that it would be mostly students and would be a party place every night. I am so thankful that I was wrong! All of my neighbors are relatively quiet so I can get my studying done.
maple & silver apt – i like my apt on maple and silver. its quiet. i can ride my bike to work and school. no problems with my naybers so i like it here.
My First Apartment – I moved into a really cool apartment on Lead and Terrace. Mine is a basement one, so it stays pretty cool in the summer. It was advertized as a studio, but it does have a private bedroom and it is huge for the low price of rent. My neighbors are also students and are pretty friendly. I really like this area and I cannot wait for the construction to be over.
Bad information generated – Watch out for the information given by this company. You will get conflicting stories from both the workers and management. What a waste of time and money for such small apartments and high rent...RENTERS BEWARE!!!
Best Apartment I've Ever Had – I moved into my current apartment on Gold and Sycamore in July. I love this apartment! This place is HUGE. My roommate and I pay very little for such a big apartment and utilities are included in our rent. I even live within walking distance to Coach's for when I need a study break. I definitely recommend these apartments if you are looking for a great deal.
