I've compared and I still think Lucaya House is tops against the other apartments in the area. My apartment is well maintained and everytime I call for maintenance they take care of things right away. They give me free pest control service so I get to choose when I want it done and I don't have any bug problems. Overall an awesome place to be!!
I have been here for 2 months now and I have enjoyed my apartment since then, I have had issues and they have been resolved in a timeley matter. I so like the security that has been placed here for my protection and others that live here. Thanks for my new place and first place here in New Mexico!!!!!!!
This complex is amazing. I lived there for a year and would have never moved if I didnt need a bigger home for my family. The managers iare great manger and takes care of anything you need. The property itsself is beautiful. The rent is low and they even have a room you can rent for when family comes in. I would recommend and do recommend to
Great place that is right on Maple. I have lived here for 4 years and the only reason I am leaving is my job is moving me. 2 bedroom apartment has a ton of space, great storage and a full size washer and dryer on site. Plus we have a swimming pool. Maintenance and Office staff are really friendly and very quick to help with all issues.
Best Apartment Complex I Have Ever Lived In!!!! – I have been living at Lucaya House for almost a year and I couldn't be happier!!!! The office staff is phenomenal as is the maintenance staff!!!! They show you every day that as far as they are concerned their tenants come first!!!!!! Their apartments are very large and they have awesome amenities! If you are looking for a safe, secure, and considerably large apartment, check out Lucaya House !
I have lived here for 2 years now and really enjoy my home. When ever I have had a problem the staff and been fast to resolve the issue and been nice about doing so. I have lived other places that they treat you different after you move in...not here, they have stayed friendly and helpful!!
Great prices, stand up people, awesome landscaping. I cant complain. Love my apartment. Nice friendly community as well.
Couldn't believe these prices. Had a great time viewing my apartment. They made me feel right at home. I am very pleased with the maintenance workers because they keep the common areas looking great. :) I have no complaints.
