Well I just decided that I would write a review for where I live since I couldn't be more happier with my apartment living! My complex is gated and has permit parking so I always have a place to park which is great for the area! I am very close to downtown alb where I can get alot done and since its so close I can walk there and save some money on gas!! My kids go to a great school and there is a few parks near by!! The management and maintenance teams are very prompt and friendly!
Well I'm just here cause I did a search on my apartment and found this site! So i decided to write a review! I really like my apartment what makes it so great is how historic the neighborhood is! I really like how my neighbors in my community all keep a eye out for each other. I only have a bike and the location is great to get many places quickly and I also can run or jog lots of place I have to go often and this save me alot on gas!! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment on Spruce!! Its right across the street from a huge beautiful park!! I work at pres so it is in a wonderful location for my job!! It is within walking distance from work, shopping, school and downtown and very close to bus routes!!!! ilmh8ers – Hello potential renters!! Let me just say I have rented from a whole bunch of different rental companies in my days and UNM rentals is by far the best yet!! VP TENANT – My name is Val and it amazes me that my landlords know my name and address every time I walk into the office with all the tenants they have! The office staff has be so great since day one and that was 3 years ago!!!! I have lived in my apartment on Lead & Terrace for a lil over 3 years and I love it!! BIg Boys 711 – Here just so I can send some shots out to my awesome "office staff" at the rental office for the apartment complex I live in. I was having a hard time finding an apartment everywhere I went the leasing agents would look at me like I was trash just cause I have tattoos! Why do people have to judge a book by its cover! I need statements against this place please help me – Well we lived in this place for a year and from the moment we moved in we dealt with noisy neighbors and trashy floors. the place we moved into had burnt holes in the carpet and holes in the walls that they didnt fix (which they will probly try and charge us for) We dealt with people doing drugs al around us and drunks banging on doors.
