I have lived in many apartments in my day and this has been the best. The office is very proactive at keeping their residents happy. I'm a busy mom with tons on my plate and the last thing I need is to be worrying about my home. I have never had an issue with them regarding my maintenance requests. They are always addressed promptly.
I just moved in and I like living here. I have not had any problems, I would definately recommend this place.
So fun!!! I hate looking for a new place to live, more than looking for a new car...but, I have to say I did have fun here. The price for the 2 bedroom is amazing for everything you get. Just put the deposit down and I am so glad my hunt has ended. Check it out!!
I have been here a year. I like that the staff takes care of the grounds and residents. I am renewing my lease for another year because I feel safe and I like having the laundry facility right across.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Its obvious customer satisfaction is high on their priority list. Thanks everyone!!!!
I like it here. It is safe and they have a nice pool. I dont have any complaints from the office staff. They are all nice. Maintenance cares about the apartments. I would recommend anyone to livehere. I have a studio apartment that is very comfortable and affordable.
Lived here for several years and have loved it. The mgmt is great. This is the first place where I've had management that actually fixed things. They show up at my door within 15 minutes on weekends if my pilot light goes out. It's quiet and the rules are enforced.
I've lived in Albuquerque for 5 years now and this complex has been my favorite to live in. The grounds are always kept nice, the staff is great, and my neighbors are VERY friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new home :)
I have lived here for almost a year and it has been great. I love the managment team and all of the ammenities that are offered here. Maintainence is always taken care of in a timely fashion and the grounds are kept up to highest standards and always looks great. I recommend to everyone to come and check this place out for themselves
