I enjoyed every minute I was living here. I was in my last year of college and this place was reasonably priced and the location was perfect. I would definitely go look at this place because they are amazing to rent from.

Good company to rent from. I am a happy resident and I cant say Ive ever had any issues. I have had work orders done quicker than anywhere else Ive rented. I have never had any problems with other tenants or crime or in the area. I will definitely be recommending the Lucaya House for sure!!~

Lucaya House was my first home. It has been so far a good experience. I have lived here for 6 years and I haven't had a lot of problems. My work orders were always done so quick and the maintenance guys were really nice and explained everything to me. They never came over un-announced unless there was an emergency. I have always dealt with the ladies in the office and I've never had an issue with them. Even when I wasn't able to pay my rent on time. Yes I still got late fees, but that's part of their job. What can I say about this apartment company? I have lived here for over 20 years and I have never had an issue. The maintenance staff are excellent in getting the work orders taken care of in a timely and professional matter. Any concerns I ever had, which were very few, they took very good care of me. The ladies in the front office are great at providing the best customer service. I have no complaints and I will continue living here as long as they are in business. :)
Lucaya House and its staff have always been very helpful for me. I have never had an issue with the staff or maintenance people at all. I have lived hear for a little over a year now and I am happy with the results. I looked at several of their apartments before deciding on one. Overall I love it here and I am hoping to stay around for as long as I can.
Sitting around reading some horror stories about some peoples experiences about some places they have rented! So I thought why not post mine since mine is the complete opposite. I have lived in my community for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier. The price is great for the size of my apartment. I can walk to the bus station and save lots of money on gas.
