Excellent Apartment Rating – Who loves bright green grass and a peaceful relaxing day next to a crystal clear pool on a hot day?? What's even better is I don't have to go anywhere. Every day I can walk out of my apartment and enjoy a nice evening by the pool, only a few feet away.
One Bedroom Apartments – I live in a cozy one bedroom on lead and terrace that's in a great location and very close to school. This place has lots of character and I absolutely adore it!
Good things Happen to GOOD People – Such a caring and welcoming staff, with hard workers. It's nice to finally find a place where your treated like family. With such a low price, no one can beat living here.
For all students attending college at UNM and CNM – 315 Terrace SE is Only one block away from CNM and about three blocks away from the University! You can't get much better than that, when your going to school at both locations!
Albuquerque's Best Apartments – I've had some awesome times here. Lived here for three years. The office ladies are great to me, and they're always willing to lend a helping hand, weather that be taking the time out of their busy day to listening or just making your day a little brighter by sharing the gift of laughter. You all have been good to me, Thank you.
simply the best – How many people accidently leave there lights on in their home running out late for work?? I know I have. I am getting better tho, I am all about being green and conserving energy. However, it's nice to know for us college students living here that these small mistakes wont cost us more out of our pockets. With utilities included it's one less thing to worry about, when living on your own. A great place such as this deserves more recognition.
