Nice Place – I like my apartment at Lucaya House. We have a year round pool and my apartment faces the courtyard. I like being able to hang out with my neighbors who are other students and small families too. I have never lived somewhere where there was a sense of community before. My apartment is kinda big and I like the neighborhood. I spend time studying at the park near my building each week and I can ride my bike to Frontier everyday as well.
Not Just For Students! – I have lived at this complex for almost 5 years now and I am NOT a student. I know several of my neighbors, who are not students either. There are working families who reside here as well and just prefer the location. I haven't had any issues with students partying or being noisy either.
Affordable & Excellent Customer Service – These apartments are affordable and are within walking distance to UNM and CNM, which is great for students like me. The staff in the office and maintenance have been very helpful and curteous, in my experience. You will not be able to find a better deal than this property.
Lucaya – Such a caring and welcoming staff, with hard workers. It's nice to finally find a place where your treated like family. Safety is huge. Here with gated parking, gated courtyards, surveillance cameras, and multiple gates I feel as though I don't have to constantly worry.
Chaparral Apts – I lived right around the UNM area, and had a great experience there while going to school. Always felt safe, had great neighbors, and love being right next to the park for family get together and morning jogs.
Four Seasons Apts – I've been here only a few months but I am enjoying it so far. It's almost like living on campus but without all the hassle of living in the dorms. I could not be more in love with this place!
Couldn't be happier – The onsite managers here are great! Whenever August rolls around, they get all the tenants together and throw a BBQ. This way everyone gets to know their neighbors and can work together to keep the community a welcoming environment for everyone. The managers are great at keeping quite hours and making sure everyone is courteous and respectful of their neighbors. I've made so many lifelong friends here!
Loving Life – I'm from NY and to find such a great deal as this, it's jus unheard of where I come from. I'm currently living in a large and I mean large one bedroom here and couldn't be happier. This place is jus over 800 square feet with hardwood floors and a fireplace, I could jus stay in my apartment all day every day and never wanna leave!
Lucaya House – Spread the word! The service is great! Units are great! Everything is G R E A T !!!
