In the last 12mons we have bought a new washer, dryer, oven, and dishwasher from Lowe's. For the last month, our dryer that we bought in February has not been working, despite having service calls on it. At Lowe's today we asked how they can help us or if we can swap it out. The manager just shrugged and said verbatim, "Sorry. Can't help ya buddy." Cool. Never shopping there ever again and recommend you guys don't either �
Well, after 1 hour waiting, standing up and no employees available for a quotation I got a little mad. Manager came and was nice... anyway, better and bigger staff would make a huge difference...
This place has fallen into complete disarray. Being a former employee of this location, I can say that it was disappointing to see how bad the store has become. Garbage, literal garbage, was lining the shelves and aisles (burger wrappers, empty soda cans, etc). The garden center was is such shambles you couldn't tell what was a display and what wasn't. Employee that said his name was "Dylan" literally took 30 minutes to try and help my parents load something into their vehicle yesterday. That was after he tried to go around the building and escape from helping them. Dylan was then mad that he actually had to work and told my parents to "Go to Home Depot." My parents gladly returned the item right then and are taking their business to Home Depot. The manager claims that "Dylan" will be addressed, but based on the reviews for this particular Lowe's, I find that hard to belie... read more
