The customer service rep, at the hardware desk, avoided contact with me as he overlooked me (twice) to assist men. When he finally acknowledged me, he was short and eager to send me on my way, with a marker to go find an item number to write on a bag. This interaction will be the reason I will not return to Lowe’s, and will shop at Home Depot. There will never be a sale worth returning to Lowe’s.

Very annoying when you are given a 4 hour window to sit around and wait for someone to come give a flooring estimate only to wait the entire 4 hours to not hear from a single person! You try calling and they can’t get a hold of the estimator. Very disappointing and not a single person seems to care.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Had new floors and appliances installed and the process has been a nightmare from start to finish. Two appliances damaged by the company, one installed incorrectly, one no-call no-show, charged for labor and supplies for work not performed, terrible communication, rude associates, never an apology and refusal to give us contact information for district managers to help resolve the issues. I placed an online order that required them to pull stock from a top shelf. They had six hours to do so. When I got there, the notes said it was not pulled down. So a manager disappeared to go do it. In the meantime we found that a pallet of the toolboxes was next to the display. Jordan jumped in to help pull one off the pallet and get me checked out. If he had not done so, it would have taken another 20 minutes to get out. What should have been a 5 minute visit was 30.
Outrageous rip off price to put floors down! Absolutely ridiculous price 😡
