I ordered front and back exterior doors. First they called an hour after they were supposed to and said they lost doors. Then when they came one was the wrong door. After getting the run around for 4 months, everybody saying installed will call tomorrow. They finally called and have me an install date of a month away(when it was supposed to be done 2 months ago). I was a devoted Lowe’s patron , but after this I will no longer shop or get service from Lowe’s.

We were in the appliance section for a half hour...no sales rep around...went to Home Depot and bought a new washer...
My wife went to the Murfreesboro Lowes, to get some tile for our bathroom. She picked out the tile she wanted, and started loading it on her cart. These were stone/porcelain tile, and were very heavy. While she was loading them up, 3 or 4 GROWN MEN, all Lowes employees, walked right past her and never once offered to help. She also asked the lady that was at the register, if she could throw a candy wrapper away in the can, behind the register, and the cashier, rudely said " there's a trash can outside". Poor customer service. Repeatedly asked for assistance and no one showed up. The manager was very apathetic regarding the situation.
I was in Lowe’s today couldn’t get any one to help me out at all, normally I go to Home Depot , and now I know why , Lowe’s has the worst customer service I have ever seen and I will not be back
