So lowes got a 3 strike policy today from me I'm heading to Home Depot. Strike 1 the item in stock was not where the Internet said Strike 2 3 employees standing around doing nothing then when I needed help they were busy Strike 3 I rang the help button. Jeremy said I'm busy and do not have time to wait on you, I have a line of people in a very rude tone. So lowes after many many many dollars spent there in going to Home Depot.
I was helped immediately without having to ask. The salesman took me directly to the item i needed and even gave me a quick example of how to install it myself!
It's sad that this Lowe's denied my father in law a military discount. The store in Shelbyville and Tullahoma have both always honored his service with a discount since he has proof on his license. He was there buying 4 cans of concrete stain at $27 each. You told him after it was mixed that you wouldn't honor the discount. Yeah he left it because our hometown Lowes's will give him the military discount. After hearing about this, my husband and I were furious. Very unreliable customer service. Doors on our refrigerator were damaged and it's taken over a month to get them replaced. No one has apologized or even been helpful whatsoever. The managers have absolutely no business running a store. Their employees and delivery drivers are rude and extremely unprofessional. We will never buy another appliance at this store.
Ended up walking out & went across the street to Home Depot after asking for help, getting pointed in the wrong direction for all the items I needed, and just over all poor customer service.
I enjoyed the store. The plants and flowers, especially. I got mulch and two perrienials.
