I recently moved here from PA and have had a nightmare of an experience with the real estate company that was helping me purchase my home. Everyone knows that Lowes is currently in the midst of their Shamrock for MDA. Well I was in there today and witnessed several cashiers not even asking a single customer to buy obe. One even went as far as trying to sell a lady everything under the sun except a Shamrock. I went through the next line. Was never asked and when I brought it to her attention she just looked at me shrugged her shoulder and said OH WELL. I'm a parent of a MD child and fell very upset.
I have a 97 year old friend that i took to lowes to purchas a new frig. that he paid cash for and also fought in ww2 is a vet and the frig went out twice and lowes will not replace it for them twice they lost their food and lowes in murfreesboro the manager told them to take their food to next door . i never shopped at home depot but after this i will never go to lowes . that is bullshit they should replace the frig period!!!!!!!!!
Lowe's Delivery just called me and said all my appliances are in except my refrigerator!! It's been 3 weeks! I did not receive a call from Lowe's before this call from delivery! It's funny I don't have all my appliances, but I have a bill!! I should have went to Home Depot!!! Lowe's you really have me pissed off right now!! ****UPDATE**** I went to the store and was assisted by Store Manager Brian, appliance staff Gene and Newton, but long story short ALL my appliances will be delivered tomorrow! Thank you!!
What I horrible experience that I have had with this store. I wouldn't send the worst "Blackhawks" fan there .... The delivery process was horrible and didn't get what I paid for.... Thank God for social media!!! So we can post the most gut retching experience I have had !!!!!
