RecommendedUnfortunately I needed a new refrigerator and had been looking at options for a couple of weeks. Finally narrowed down my selection to the LG LFXC24726S and started shopping for price. In the end, I received exceptional service and help from Sarah and Newton at the Murfreesboro Lowe's. Not only did I get a great refrigerator, also got a great deal and delivery on a Saturday included. Additionally...while I do not remember their names, they guys who delivered the refrigerator on Saturday were on time and very professional.
I had to hunt for assistance in plumbing, but when they did arrive, they were very helpful! Then they only had 2 registers open with like 10 people in each line! Poor customer service!!!
OMG!!! Worst experience ever today. Who in their right mind came up with the idea to pick mulch & pavers in the middle of the parking lot. People couldn’t get in or out, totally stupid idea. Total CLUSTER!!!
Worse customer service ever!!! First off the cashier Aniyah had fingernails so long she could not enter anything into the register. Some items didn’t have a price tag on them and cashier said it was the customer’s responsibility to bring a price tag or take a picture of the price tag and bring it back. Tried to use gift cards and they wouldn’t work-come to find out she was charging us for the gift cards. She called over “head” cashier Tia to help and she was useless and had a horrible attitude. No respect for their customers. Item did not have a price tag and they wanted me to go get another one that had a tag.
I purchased 30 bales of pine straw on Saturday. While loading to my trailer, I noticed the bales were extremely wet from being stored on a trailer that obviously had areas where rain had leaked on the straw. I complained to the person loading the straw that I did not want the wet straw. Several times! After starting my annual mulching project, I noticed the bales were still damp plus they were wet on the inside. Leads me to believe all my straw was wet before being loaded on the worthless trailer. We worked with our Murfreesboro Lowe's sales team on blinds for our new home. Got books on Levlalor and Bali, had them measure and bought almost $3k in blinds after Thanksgiving. We were told delivery would be before the end of 2018. Checked in the first week.of December were told they would ship the day after Christmas and be delivered before December 31st. Checked on the order the first week of Jan and were told they would not ship till MARCH...Don't trust Lowe's and don't plan on their size benefiting you, it won't. The C... read more
