Worst customer services around...in 17 years I’ve never had a good experience at a Lowe’s
Do not go here they will rip you off spent over $6000 on new flooring and clam they can’t warranty the floor cause they sided with the contractor claiming the home owner is disable which I am and urinate all over the floor which they have proof according to contractor and reality they didn’t sit the toilet properly and the gaps around the walls are cause by a motorized vehicle which I don’t have I have a power wheelchair which I think they want an lawsuit for blaming a person that is disable when the issue is that the floor ... read more
Amazing store for home projects. Customer service is outstanding.
Bad install. Lowes is now in the running with Comcast and AT&T on the worst customer service, by telephone.
A big Thank You to Wesley. Had to repair a broke mirror for a medicine cabinet. New cabinet was $79, but Wes was able to cut me a piece of glass to size and slide it in place. Total cost $12. Thanks again for the great Customer Service!!!!!
This Lowes has BY FAR the best customer service. Detorie in cabinetry is beyond fantastic at his job and always go above and beyond. The store manager Bryan is so helpful and always goes out of his way for me. Julie is customer service always is patient in helpful during my exchanges while renovating my home. I'll never go anywhere else!!
