Do not go to lowes! Bought a washer/dryer set that they checked they had in stock the night before. Had us wait for 2 hours when we came to pick it up only to tell us they did not have the dryer in stock! Ridiculous. Lost our business forever.
A 10% discount may not seem like much, but it was just denied to my father who is a veteran with valid id just because his phone number had changed in their system! If this is how you choose to treat elderly members of society that have served your country then shame on you!

I will either go to the Smyrna store or the Home Depot across Old Fort Parkway before I will return to this store. Their customer service is pitiful in helping. When you call the store you will be on the phone for an hour. No one knows how to answer the phone in customer service. Most of the Associates are rude to their customers.
Lowe's in Murfreesboro is a joke. no management on the floor. not enough help and no concerns about social distancing unless you are returning something. sorry excuse for a Lowe's.
Today I went to return a 7 month old battery purchased from Lowe’s and a Lowe’s brand and could not find my receipt but I remembered that I am always told that you do not have to worry that when you register with your “my Lowe’s” number they keep a record. NOT TRUE! They said they could not find it and I was out of luck leaving me with a dead Lowe’s battery and no options except to get one from the competition. The My Lowe’s promise means nothing even where the Lowe’s name is all over it.
This location is absolutely disappointing when it comes to product availability, ordering, and delivering. I just spent $4000 on this location on November 15, 2019. It’s almost a new year and yet I still haven’t gotten the rest of my appliances. All I have receive so far isn’t empty promises and apologies. Is this how you people treat your PAID customers?
