When your cashier refuses to take my husbands State issued ID that states he is a veteran- we have a big problem!
I have spent 5k+ in the last 3 weeks or so at lowes and was just refused military discount for not being active after presenting my ID. Is this new? I have used it on all of my previous purchases. All my past experiences have been good up until now when I was refused something lowes honors or so I thought.
This place has the worst customer service ever. A hr after paying for washer and dryer we go back in to see why it's not been brought out yet. They explained they didn't think we were getting it so put it back wtf. I have a two year old in the car waiting with me. Then they come out and let me know they do not even have the 2nd pedestal.
My husband just spent a half hour in this store just to pick up a water filter, and still left without one due to such poor customer service. No worries though, we went straight across the street to Home Depot and was out in five minutes. You would think they would make more if an effort with their competition right across the street. Pitiful!
