I’ll be purchasing from the Goose Creek location since your customer service can’t seem to get their act together. I stood around and waited forever for help in appliances and when I approached the customer service desk about trying to get some help with finalizing my purchase and delivery the blonde behind the counter was extremely dismissive to my concerns.
Worst business ever! They have gotten ride of Experienced employees and replaced them with uniformed low paying employees who could care less.
Paul has amazing customer service and is very helpful! he has a great attitude and makes your visit very enjoyable.
Terrible experience buying washer and dryer here. I.T. dept cant print my delivery ticket (delivery hub in Mount Pleasant) and contacts me the morning of to inform me, and I was told I am the one who had to figure it out? which means I had to cancel my delivery for something I have no control over- will cancel purchase today and go elsewhere.

I visited Lowe’s today to purchase a few electrical items needed for my new home construction. I knew where the electrical wire was located, as I was just in there a few days ago to purchase some similar wire, which I located and loaded on my own.
