We bought a new washer and dryer back in March. Samsung models with all the bells and whistles. And about two weeks ago our dryer started making weird noises and kept knocking off balance, well come to find out the drum had cracked. We are still under warranty with it only being 9 months since purchase. We called Lowe's about it and they started the repair ticket. A week went by and we hadn't heard nothing from anyone. 5 month old rocking chairs (exterior) legs rotted off. Doreen assistant manager says they must have been left outside that caused rot! Will not do a return on $300 dollars worth off rocking chairs. Lowe’s is selling Chinese junk and taking hard working peoples money when they fall apart. If you have these you only supposedly have 90 days to return just long enough not to rot. Return them and get your money back.

Waited about 15 minutes for help in electrical, cashier found someone, and he was more concerned with why my contractor didn’t tell me what I needed instead of helping me looking for a part. Then he was advising to get someone to check behind him to make sure the work was right. Thales questions were invasive and none of his business. I just came to pick up a part!
