It's a hardware store I don't go there often I wonder to get some plants and one of the cashiers drop my stuff and I told her 3 times about it and she looked at me like I was dumb
I have a Lowes credit card so it's usually my first stop for home improvement needs. I recently completed a large tile and shelving project in my kitchen and am now in the process of landscaping. I have been extremely disappointed with Lowe's customer service at the Summerville store. I now find myself going to Home Depot (literally driving there now) . An employee on motorcycle parked on sidewalk where I was standing today...pretty much would have hit me backing up...first I moved buggy then I had to move...was looking at rocking chairs. Gold harley...Black guy. No excuse me...nothing...Music blasting. ..got off bike and acted like he didn't see me my friend or buggy...I ride a motorcycle. ..no reason what so ever for him to park on side walk by lawn mowers and rocking chairs...disgusted
Lowes would not take back my gun without the receipt. How convenient they couldn't find it on my lowes card either. I bought the extended warranty only to get treated like a criminal in your store. I will never shop at any lowes again. HOME DEPOT IS MY NEW STORE
