A Lowes delivery truck backed into my mailbox and damaged it. The driver left a note and instructions on how to get a replacement. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I appreciate his honesty and the ease of getting the replacement.
Thank God there’s a Home Depot across the street.
Third visit to try and get carpet- each time we have come in person in the department is at lunch. Today that person was at lunch and no one but one person in the store knew how the system worked. We asked for a manager but one never came 35 minutes later we left. We have tried really hard to give them our business but they don’t seem to want it in the flooring department :(
Bought a Christmas tree. It was very easy, picked it out, had it trimmed, and they wrapped it. Very easy and good service.
Peter and Joey totally came through for me today by cutting sheetrock down to more manageable sizes for my vehicle while keeping in mind the measurements I need it for the project. When I made the request they both jumped into action! Well done Lowes!
Ordered new dishwasher with installation on 9/25/17 Thursday via online internet, and paid through 3way conversation from internet & home store. Told 3-7 days. Had to follow up on 10/5/17, and was told dishwasher was in stock the whole time and never tagged for installation. Received voice mail on 10/6 Friday at 11:12am for install. Returned call on my lunch break at 3p (I'm a RN), to find out they close on Friday at 1pm and closed the weekend. I'm highly unsatisfied with the customer service process.
