Delivery and customer service at this store stinks. Ordered a washer on Labor Day was suppose to be delivered on last Friday, which is ridiculous when the center is in North Charleston, and it didn't get delivered. Suppose to deliver tomorrow, we request afternoon due to work schedules and guess what they want to deliver in the am not pm. Can no one read at Lowe's. Last night we showed up to lowes 30 mins before close hoping to not have to fight crowds to buy some plywood for our windows. Two guys came up to us and asked us immediately if we needed any help. We asked them if they cut the sheets of plywood and they said typically they dont because of the high demand of plywood for the hurricane. Totally understandable. We told him that we just needed two sheets. They immediately told us they would cut them for us and then opened up a register close by for us to check out and even helped... read more
The hardware guy helped us for a really long time as we tried to figure out which route to take. I gave up and went to sit down but him and my fiancé kept at it. The Associate also gave us a discount on our item we ended up with. Which I thought was thoughtful considering the amount of time we spent in there trying to figure it out. So, thank you for the customer service on August 25, 2017 at the Lowe's store in Summerville, SC!
My in store experience was fabulous. EVRYTHING about the delivery was messed up! I was given 4 different delivery times, and even after going to the store, did not know exactly what stove was being delivered!
Had the worst experience here today!! Went to buy a push lawn mower today and the ones they had was on the very top shelf so they had to get a lift to go get and since they was closing they acted like they didn't want to and wanted me to come back another day so we stayed until someone got it down for us so of course after waiting for a long time they was closed so once someone finally got it down for us as we was checking out the doors was locked and they "had to get someone to let us out" need less to say we waited long en... read more
Customer service makes up more excuses than they try to help. Brittney and Adrienne were absolutely ridiculous when it came to helping and the management had no idea either. Worst lowes I have been to and refuse to return. I'll pay more to get better help.
Lowes REALLY needs to rethink the companies they contract to do work.
