Great place to buy stuff to fix things at your place or a friends place
Terrible customer service. Took over 2 hours to get a in stock shower door setup for installation and delivery. Customer service would not let us speak to a manager.
Ordered kitchen cabinets, they arrived contractor installed on Sunday because it was raining. Told me he wouldn't be back as long as the weather is good ( probably in May). Every time I call the Installation and remodeling Dept. I get a different person and a different story. Poor communication abounds! Today, I called asking to speak to the store manager. Terrible service. I hate my window It arrived defective, has never been repaired. Ordered in May Put in Aug Its Dec They tell you the co Pella will repair it but issue is my window is eleven inches of less glass then I had and it was defective to boot Bad service and quality. you pay up front.
