Never ever dealing with Lowes again, ordered windows in March, 2 people came out to measure, in April when the installers showed up to put windows in, Lowes hadn't delivered them yet so Installers went to get them, living room window 7 in to big, trim wrong color, Its July now after many phone calls and trips to store finally got window for living room and trim is right color hopefully they'll get finished and I can get blinds and curtains back up. I would give it 0 stars if possible. Remodeling a whole house I dealt with lowes for paint and appliances. They gave me a discontinued color without telling me and only had 5 gal and I needed more. Needless to say I wasted over 20 hours of work and 300 dollars of paint. My stove and dryer are ran off of LP and it was specified to the dealer and they came with no conversion parts, did not order me any, and will not convert it for me. I want to give recognition to the young man working at terminal 19 in the Garden Center today on Mother's Day! He was very friendly to all in line on this busy day. Recognizing especially the children and mother's in line. Every store needs positivity like this. It is contagious! Thank you!!
Been trying to get a certain paint for almost a month. Certain saff says they will will call within a short period of a few days then you hear nothing back! So beyond frusterated!
Just left your store empty-handed. I tried to find somebody in the garden center to help me and of your six workers out there nobody could answer one question. I will not be buying my flowers from your store.
Terrible customer service and their associate does not know how to use a tape measure! Cut vinyl short and charged me an extra foot I did not have. Complete idiots when it comes to construction service. Management is worse because they don't even train their employees on how to use one because they themselves don't know how to use! Complete morons!
Don’t trust Lowe’s installations, they are unreliable.
When I first went in I was not very happy with the service I had been given and was there to have some mistakes fixed. Not only did the store manager fix them but he then gave me half off. I really felt like he cared about me and wanted to make things right, I will be back to shop here. Update: They never showed up to put in the ice marker. I had to drive back to the store because they never answer their phone. It’s is much better than Menards. A lot more quality in their goods. Pricier but better.
