We had Lowes install flooring in our kitchen 2 years ago. Within a year, numerous planks were separating by up to a half inch at the ends. We have been to Lowes 6 times in the last year for help, to no avail. They have switched installers, and the new installer won't return our calls. DO NOT BUY FLOORING FROM LOWES IN CEDAR RAPIDS AND HAVE THEM INSTALL IT. You will be disappointed.
I wouldn't recommend EVER ordering counter tops from this store. We order our counter tops the first week of July it's now September 16th and we still don't have the right counter tops. They have terrible customer service and could care less we have been waiting to get the correct counter tops and they messing up our order.
Took over 15 minutes to get help. Will never buy anything from this store.
Went here for carpet. With all the measurement for all the rooms. Was told the carpet and installation would be 4200$. They need to send their measure out to verify our measurement. None thing change but the price. It went up to 5500$. Really square footage is the same except their personal dont know how to figure cuts for carpet.DONT BOTHER WITH THIS STORE TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Talk with the management no help there just BS.
We purchased flooring in January, finally had installers by March who left job unfinished with huge mistakes. After many many calls, emails, people finally got different installers who told us wrong flooring and incorrect subflooring. My home has half the flooring tore off and no date to get things fixed. My husband and I have missed several days of work for installers in our house. Extremely frustrated!! I pray we will have a completed floor yet this year. :(
If I could give you zero star's I would, your store now has the distinct privilege of being the worst company I have ever had to deal with.....Going on 10 weeks and still waiting on one simple Storm Door Installation.
