We hired Lowe's to do a very large wood privacy fence for us last summer. Our gates have failed FOUR TIMES since and our dogs have gotten out each time. We still do not have them fixed and now they say that since I have threatened to file customer complaint with the state AG they aren't going to do anything. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! You'd rather a customer take you to court then try to fix this? You have had our money since July of 2016. We do not have what we paid for 9 months later. Sad.
LOVE our Lowes in Dubuque, Iowa! The one in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is awful. The flooring dept....YIKES! You call and call no one answers. We purchased $4,000 in flooring couldn't get it delivered in less than 10 days and now after 5 requests for a receipt, we are driving back down to get one. They keep saying they will "mail it." You ask for a manager and 4X I have been told "They are all in meetings." Corporate needs to pay a visit to that store.
Not organized workers were not polite My item was paid for already and there were supposed to call in a week nothing happened
Nice help getting me a new snowblower unexpectedly. I called and they said they'd get it put together, etc.
If it wasnt for you having what I needed in stock, I would avoid your store at all costs. Rude customer service that looked straight at us and helped 3 other customers that clearly came in after us. I will not be back.
We hired Lowes to remodel our bathroom. Paid for entire job up front. Many issues later job is complete. However we have received a letter from a sub contractor. JP Plumbing saying they have not been paid for the job and are going to place a lien on our property. This is Lowes problem and once again they are non-responsive. Stay away from them!
JP Plumbing & Heating has done numerous jobs for Cedar Visions through Lowe's (a contactor who does work through lowes), and has not been paid for work completed. If you are going to have work done through Lowe's make sure it is not through Cedar Visions!
