We started a new kitchen project in May 2016 and it STILL not complete. I have had 2 drawers lost, not received, or ordered wrong not sure who is to blame Lowes or sub-contractor. I get different answers from everybody and the left hand does not know what the right is doing. Will never recommend Lowes to anybody at this time.
I purchased some wood shelves for my closet that needed to be cut to fit correctly. Lowes did it for free and the person doing the cutting (Moses) was so nice and was so careful with the wood, he did an awesome job!
I'm normally very happy with the products and services. I bought a Raptor lawn mower 13 months ago and it broke, so needs repaired. I've asked Lowes for a copy of my receipt. It sure is taking a long time to get a receipt.
Purchasing a grill and desiring a unit that hadn't been sitting out in the rain uncovered letting rust set in led to lots of confusion and multiple calls and trips. I was offered an upgrade to a larger more expensive model free of charge for my troubles. Very good customer care and polite employees. I will always be a Lowe's customer! Shout out to Tonja (Tonya?) 5 star assistance from her on my visit to pick the original grill up. Give that gap a good raise when she's due!
I think it's not very nice that my 64 year old father drove 150 miles to Cedar Rapids, IA to pick up a lawn mower that he was told last Friday would be delivered today between 1 and 4pm to find out after several calls to the store that were not returned , that at 6pm tonight the store didn't even have the mower at all! They made him wait all day in this heat for that. Not cool, Lowes!
When we built our house we felt like we were living at Lowes. The Cedar Rapids store had great customer service and was very knowledgeable!
