This place is really sad. Horrible customer service. Ordered two items today online. Got the email saying to pick them up. Get there and only one of the two items was ready. The other item would take a few days to get from another store. Horrible spend your money at Home Depot or Menards...
Customer service is terrible. Lowes wouldn't price match a local competitor price because the item was out of stock at the competitor store. Furthermore, they failed to issue a Veteran discount even though my state appointed identification verifies my veteran status. I will NEVER shop at Lowes again.

I love Lowe’s and love shopping there but our recent experience has really turned me off. On January 5, 2020 we purchased over $5000 worth of appliances from Lowe’s a refrigerator and microwave and a dishwasher and oven. At the time we were told that there is a rebate of 10% when you purchased for items we were given a paper that had the rebate information. Carelessness - left a (finished) furniture leg behind at the store when looking for a bolt. Called a day later - told to check back. Went by in person 3 days later - staff said “oh we found that item - however, we didn’t know what it was so we threw it out”. Wow - Tossing it after only 3 days seems pretty careless. Stop and think for a minute - it was in the hardware “furniture bolt” section - take the 30 seconds and walk it over to Lost & Found at Customer Service. Frustrated
Went to Lowes today to buy 20 bags of mulch.. Made my purchase..and the super helpful clerk called for loading help...I went to where the bags are..No one came..So I started loading them myself.. Got 2 or 3 bags loaded and 2 nice LADIES.. came and helped me load the rest.... Girl Power!! Thanks ladies for helping me load.. Not an easy job on a hot morning!! Guess the guys were all hiding???
Always very helpful n love the garden center!!!
I used to work there. Good luck with any customer service from management or the new store manager they really don't care.
