Wow. Is this true?? Just read the post about your store terminating an 18 year employee for attempting to stop a shop lifter and also calling police. This is apparently against corporate policy and she was told she is a " liability"????? If this is accurate, what kind of weak and ineffective society have we created? Your company disgusts me. Firing a long term employee for doing the right thing?? My money will never be spent in your store or ANY Lowes store until she gets her job back or this policy is changed.
Any business that will terminate an employee for protecting the company's assets, after 18 years of service no less, is not a store I will shop at. I hope she decides to take you to court for wrongful termination. I think the staff member who needs terminated is the individual who decided this was the proper course of action. Shame on your company. You've lost four very loyal customers by my family alone.
Wow... you all aren't getting a good review, one... I would say you need to work on customer service and making sure that your customers are properly taken care of... I will not be coming to any of your locations, ever... Get a good customer retention department, that knows how to handle any situation... doesn't sound like anyone there knows what the h*ll they are doing... smfh...

We purchased windows in May 2015 ($10k+) trying to plan ahead so we could have new windows by the warm summer months. We felt like investment would be worth it and should lower our utilities.
