Signed up for there credit card get the 10% off then because they didn't have the lowest price they couldn't price match and give me the discount The manager was really rude and unprofessional I told him I could go to home depot and get it cheaper and get there credit card and he argued with me his employe pulled up homedepo site and showed him he still told me I was wrong. Lows needs to evaluate there management at this location
Purchased a dryer almost a week ago and yet to be delivered. We were treated poorly by every manager we spoke with in hopes to fix the situation. Customer serive is poor and they should be ashamed of how they treated my mother.
Carpet from this place sucks!!!! Apparently they hide what pad you buy by including it in the installation lump cost. Then, after they install everything and you find out they used the wrong pad, they pull the "but you paid for this" and want to charge you again for taking out the carpet to put in what you wanted!!!
Prices and products were great. Customer service was superb. Delivery has some hiccups that were overcome
