I like the store but don't have anything delivered. The closest delivery time estimate you can get is "between 12:00 and 8:00". They have even missed that 2 days in a row. Day 3 it did arrive on time and the intallers were great.
Terrible experience I have always used this Lowe’s but won’t ever be back terrible service.
Strongly suggest not renting carpet cleaners here. Like a shady landlord, they are keeping your deposit even when you return it in the same condition that you found it. We only cleaned part of a room, and so spent more than three times as much time cleaning it as we spent using it. Sorry I wasted my effort if they were"going to have to call someone it to clean" an already clean machine anyway. All I wanted was to tint my primer a light beige.... first attempt was yellow. The second attempt was more like a pale gray..... the girl was obviously new. I, along with another lady was told there wasn't enough room in the can to add color. I'm not a paint specialists, but I have purchased a bit ofc paint in my day. Why would companies offer a color and not allow enough room in the can to be able to mix it?
Bought a new washer dryer set 2 1/2 weeks ago. Delivered it and tore my vinyl in the process of installing them. Ive called at least a dozen times and keep getting told Larry the mngrs will return my call asap and I'm still waiting
Worst customer service in the afternoon and evenings throughout the entire store. I would rather drive the extra miles to get to Home Depot or even Menards. Whoever they have for a manger should go back to training. I see Lowe's going by way of Builders Square if they don't make a change quick.
