Amazing Customer Service!!! My husband and I had an excellent experience at Lowe's store #0614. The whole appliance department was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Randy and Kimberley both helped me buy our new Bosch dishwasher with a lot ton of details, Pat Henderson did an awesome job installing it and answered & provided lots of information and Makayla really helped me get my rebate information with a simple phone call. Lowe’s used to be my very favorite hard ware/Appliance store, not anymore! I tried to order refrigerator and it was a month and a half before they could get it delivered, so I went to Sears, they delivered in three days and were $500 cheaper, with no delivery charge. Today I tried to return a lawnmower that I had bought in June but had just opened it out of the box just this afternoon. It was broken and did not contain all the parts, Lowe’s would not take it back! I’m very disappointed ☹️
No trading , management staff unreliable
I have never had a good experience here and I figured after 10 years this store would be less scammy but nope. I would recommend driving across town to the East or Derby stores, even if you live across the street from this shyster hell hole.
I love this place! As a Veteran I get a 10 percent discount. Now, Veterans have reserved parking! Great job Lowe’s!
No customer service, no help in the store, no communication among employees...just overall incompetence. Every project I have hired Lowe's to do they screwed up royally. A total waste of my time and money. Will shop anywhere else but Lowe's.
