Your customer service today was less than acceptable... I won’t be back. I’ll continue To give my business to Home Depot and Menards . I Went in for some sheet rock and in the middle of telling the guy at the lumber counter what I needed he proceeded to walk off, and I wasn’t done with what I was asking for. Never had a bad experience here. Great customer service. Honor warranties and if something is listed the wrong price they don't argue it, they give you it for the listed price.
We just finished the Lowe's Upskill project. That was an amazing team! Liz and Hannah knew everything about plants, Mike was awesome at building, Erika the PR rep had everything running like clockwork and making sure everyone was cared for, and the project manager Mikey was a great teacher and quick to roll with the punches that an outdoor landscaping project brings. We were so blessed by the Lowe's crew!!
This store does not even deserve 1 star. WORST customer service experience of my LIFE. I will NEVER shop in a Lowe’s again. Their appliance department is a complete joke. If you order appliances and expect to ever get them all delivered, I suggest you take you business elsewhere. After speaking to corporate 3 times, 3 different managers, and telling the same story 40 times...I finally told them to come get the one appliance that they have managed to get to my home in 3 weeks.
