I will not shop here anymore after hearing about a firing of an 18 year employee for calling the police on a shop lifter. She was told to apply at Home Depot so that is where I will shop unless this is made right. #MakeItRightMyFriend

Not at all pleased that you fired a long time employee for doing the right thing. Blows my mind! You should be ashamed.
Very disappointed in their service. Have been waiting for 2 days for a hook up of washing machine and removal of the old one. Really. This is unacceptable. I have talked to several managers and so far no one seems to be able to get the "delivery guys" to do their job. They don'the even call to say they are not coming. I have stayed at home all after noon 2 days.
I will never shop at Lowe's again. Firing employees for trying to protect the company's interests.
Unbelievable. I've always appreciated the help that I've received at Lowe's & having built two homes, out builder & I spent LOTS of money at your business. Tonight that ends. The story about a loyal employee of nearly two decades getting fired because she called 911 is ridiculous. I'm joining the community that is screaming out, asking for a reevaluation. Until there is news of a change in this decision, my business will be split between Home Depot & Menards. Common courtesy & respect seems to be lost at this location.
