Seriously.. your having a paint sale and there’s only one person working in that department? The poor guy was doing 5 things at once while the counter got more crowded by the minute. We left and went to Home Depot where we got a better deal and there was someone to help us.
I had windows installed in December with the incorrect screens. It is now three months later and they still have not been replaced. Four different managers gave me different stories about why this wasn’t being fixed. None of them wanted to deal with it. I recently purchased my house and was planning on having Lowe’s install carpeting and fencing but this experience has persuaded me to find somebody else.
2 days in a row Lowe’s has reminded me why I stopped going to them 5 years ago. Home Depot is nicer and will cut pipe for you.
I am a heavy user of home improvement stores and Lowe's is without a doubt the best one ever!! The Dickson City folks are super friendly and allow my dog to come shopping with me which I greatly appreciate. The staff is what sets this store apart from the rest. I honestly feel like i am going into a old time hardware store. They more than go out of their way to be helpful and not just a few of them...all of them know the answers to my sometimes complicated questions. I honestly love shopping at this Lowe's!! I should have known better and went with my gut instincts. Had a feeling they were going to go back on their word about an "installation date". One excuse after another. They should remember their BS they tell you the week before!!! Will be getting in touch with CORPORATE tomorrow!!
