Three times in a week we have been to this location to buy over $100 of new locks for our home and all three times the staff member that re-keys locks isn't there. Today the store actually sent him out on a delivery instead of keeping him at the store to do his job! I am in no way placing blame on the employee, this is clearly bad a management decision. So we have moved our purchases for our home to Home Depot instead. Thanks for an annoying couple of days.
Bought refrigerator in September. Delivered end of October. Ice maker stopped working January. 2 different companies couldn't fix and i am sick of calling to get it replaced. Call the store, no call the warranty people, call frigidaire keep setting up appointments to have it looked at and the repair companies win't come because they have already been there and there is nothing else they can do and they won't come. Well it would be a better place if they would make a paper that tells you what ails the stuff you are looking for are in that way the customer does not have to walk all around the store to find someone to help them .
We had a horrible recent experience at this store!!! We spent thousands of dollars in flooring (laminate wood and tile), a toilet, a bathroom light fixture, towel hanger, toilet paper holder, vanity, etc etc etc) for our basement and our high dollar items (all flooring, the vanity, and the light) were sold to other customers after we paid for it and Lowe's agreed to hold it until our contractor was able to pick them up. 9am and 2 registers open, do you really want contractor business. Tired of it, I spend allot of money at Lowes every month not happy work the service!
