Lowes is the worse place to go .no one wants to help you .that's if you can find anyone .and then when they do they are soooo miserable!!! Home Depot on the other hand. Whole different place .they greet you at the door and help you till your done with a smile and a thank you.
Ordered carpet, took several visits to store(about 25 miles) before talking to an installer to come to our house to measure. After finally getting the room measured, waited 2 weeks to get a call that carpet has come in. No call!! We called the store, put on hold several times, find not get connected to carpet dept. drove to store ourselves and was told carpet is in, we should get a call from installer. No call.. I wish zero was an option. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased something that needed to be ordered. I was told to be here and it was even stated on the receipt with my exact pickup date. I have been waiting over an hour for them to locate my product. This place is a joke. I know now why I shop at Home Depot. I have never experienced anything like this before. Disgusting customer service. They all need to be trained.
Ordered huge load of lumber and Scranton Lowes keeps delaying it and broke up the order. Too bad because I have lots of projects to do and I guess I will go to Home Depot.
I am very disappointed with Lowe's customer service. During a $20,000+ kitchen instalation their sub contractor (plumber) violated the contract (and the law) however, when the issue was brought to the attention of "customer service" they have not bothered to reply to any attempts at contact. Nor have the store managers had any ability to fix this very serious issue. Be very careful with the Scranton PA Lowes instalation unless you have six months to try and get it fixed.
