No show for a scheduled delivery.
I was told this morning by Rita on your customer service toll free number that I am guaranteed it was being loaded onto the truck for delivery today. Now I drove to the store and they told me my order is not being delivered today and they can’t tell me when it will be delivered. I WANT MY DELIVERY OF MY ORDER! they sold be a $1000 paperweight disguised as a fridge. they will not talk to me on the phone at all and will not help me at all. they even laughed at me when I bought the fridge instead of offering advice. I believe the associates name is Richard i find it fit his personality. now all my food is rotting and I can't afford to feed my family during this pandemic. Thank you so much for robbing me in the middle of a crisis. I will never return to lowes. i hope I can at least get my money back.
Take the drivers for truck # 357347 that like to run stops signs on March 6, 2020 off the road and get them retrained. And have the Lowes phone number 1-866-444-4231 in Indiana call me back as they promised on that date.
They don’t clean their carpet cleaning rentals.... I shouldn’t have to be cleaning other people’s pet hair off my carpet cause the rental was not cleaned verified to be clean for the next customer!!!!!! GROSS!!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!!!! Thumbs down....👎 👎👎👎
Can’t get anyone one the phone cycle through menu multiple times then when you do get customer service they place you on hold multiple times ! Then hang up on you. So I’m guessing it’s an Incompetent manger working !Now on the phone with corporate Lowe’s and they can’t get in touch with Lowe’s manger either what a joke
Lots of helpful people there. Even other customers were willing to help load our lumber. The Lowes employee in lumber was great.
