I bought a fence on 7/2. I was told all materials were in stock, but it would take 2 weeks to get the installer. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I called my “project manager “ and she told me materials wouldn’t be available until August 7. Then no one could tell me where the materials were. Delivered, unannounced on August 22. Installer shows up on August 24 and only some of the materials are here. Again no one knows, or cares where my materials are. Worst store ever. Save yourself the hassle and go to home depot. I have been waiting over a month for a washer told 7/29, then 8/10 called today and now at least another 10 days!! Already made a payment on it and don’t have it. Was told when i ordered it they had them in the warehouse and just had to be shipped out. Now they tell me oh they just came in. Funny I check on home depot and they have the same washer in stock for same day pick ip. What a joke!!

Purchased a grill. Money was taken out of my account and the grill was never delivered on the delivery date. I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone for 2 days but no answer.

I was treated very rudely by a female manager named jess for no reason at all I was only trying to get product information she treated the employee standing there trying to help very badly also it actually embarrassed me to witness her treat a co worker that way

worst service ever! management takes no responsibility for anything. take forever to answer and forget about getting a manager. still waiting for compensation even though I told I would be credited it. save yourself the aggravation and go to the home depot up the street

They said the saw was broken and is always broken so we went to Home Depot. We wanted to purchase lumber, the service was non existant..

Lowes has the worst customer service. It’s useless to call and complain. You wait on hold for over 1/2 hr and then they tell you their policy is “Thank you for your complaint they will handle it internally.”
