Awful customer service. My friends fridge is leaking Freon and it’s not even a year old and they won’t do anything about it. Also got terrible attitude from the manager.

Was at the store today to purchase mulch. While we were there we seen a swing and purchased it. Almost a hour waiting for the swing. We decided to return it before we even got it. What kind of customer service it that? I will be sure never to shop there again. I will take my business elsewhere. My time is valuable to. Never should have taken four people to help us and never receive the product.
They need to fix the thermostat. It is so hot in that store that I can hardly think. I shouldn’t have to break a sweat shopping around in the middle of winter.
Went to Lowes, Dickson City this am to replace a washing machine. The sales clerk was very helpful in writing up the sale, suggested replacement hoses on sale, thanked me for my service (Vietnam veteran), and he and another clerk loaded our new machine into my Explorer. A good experience all the way around and a nice discount to veterans today, Thanks Lowes!
