I feel that Lowe’s employees, over probably the past couple of years, have not been available to help customers as they had in the past , I used to frequent Lowe’s due to that alone!! Now that we are in COVID, it has gotten so much worse! The store has a lot of signs about masks, they have sanitizer too. What they need is to turn away customers that will not wear masks!! By far the worst store to buy appliances from. They messed up an order for a washer/ dryer I bought a few months back, took months to get the refund to purchase another. The new one I purchased was supposed to deliver today, got the confirmation last night and this morning with a delivery time frame. I just got a call from the store that they did not put it on the delivery truck. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m now 5 months without a washer/ dryer because of this store.
By far the worst costumer service, spent nearly $4000 on 3 appliances, waited 2 months and 2 came delivered damaged. No one will rectify the situation, still don’t have 2 appliances but they have been paid for. Customer service doesn’t answer the phone, If....and when I did get through I waited on hold for 50 minutes, just to be hung up on, my husband had to drive to the store to talk to a supervisor who said she’d call us back but didn’t, I have spoken to 6 different people on 7-8 calls the past 2 days and no help from anyo... read more
they advertised a snowblower on sale.i went to buy it and it said leave your email and we will contact you.3 days later it said in stock.i called and got the run around.it was 200 dollars more.manager would not even return my call.i called the toll free number and they were worse.i spent so much money there but never again.i even cut up my lowes credit card. home depot is my store from now on.
what a joke their employees are lazy. never have lumber stocked and what's stocked either is bowed wood chipped. employees watch me while I took straps off lumber which is their job to do and never offered to help THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE
One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Bought a tub surround and when I got it home it was warped. I was told order another one and exchange it when it comes in. The order was canceled. I called the Dickson City Lowes 3 times. Each time I was told someone would get back to me in 24 hrs. No one ever did. I called the 800# and had one sent to me. We’ve been jerked around for the last time with Lowe’s in Scranton, Pa. They make promised deliveries tell us between 11:00 am and 3:00pm and we didn’t even get a phone call to say they weren’t coming, on top of that they don’t answer the phones. I have been on the phone letting it ring for literally 20 minutes without anyone picking up. I’ll make sure and pass this along on social media. NEVER AGAIN LOWES !!
I ordered a new Range and set up a Delivery Date of 2 weeks from purchase. The 2 Gentlemen that were todays Drivers were Great and very Respectful. I just had to move my Car and put my Dog in another room because that's what you do and they kindly told me to take my time. I went to get a copy of a key and they somehow did it wrong twice?? Lots of back and forth- really frustrating. Customer service//management was also not great.... Not worth the trip- especially considering home depot is right down the road
