I had to return items for my deck which was designed by Lowe's. I was pretty upset receiving over $700 of extra merchandise. Unfortunately the decking material was bought over year ago and not completed till this year. At first she had said she could not accept it because it was from a year ago but said she would see what she could do. I did have all my receipts. Everyone very helpful especially in the appliances section
This store has unfortunately gone downhill. My husband purchased a stove and a fridge for our apartment building and they brought the wrong cord to hook it up. They said they would be there at four times since Monday and they didn’t show up. Very poor customer service.
I went to Lowe's a few days ago to purchase a refrigerator. There were good sales going on. Let me just say that first of all there was only 1 sales associate working in appliances. He never approached me to ask if I needed help; I had to go to him. He was NOT helpful at all and was not friendly. I showed him the 2 refrigerators that I liked and he did not offer me any kind of information about either one of them. Want to talk a about a runaround when you try and return things without a receipt, what a fuckin joke. You can basically walk into the store, pay cash for it, and return it the very next day without a receipt, TO THE SAME DAM PERSON, and still be denied your refund. What a bunch of idiots
You people at Lowe’s are complete idiots. Never have you ever gotten anything correct. Every single order placed and delivered is wrong or missing half of the order. Incompetent.
