Horrible service. Delivery date changed with no call or follow up. Just didn't show. Had to wait on hold for over an hour twice to get some information. Still no call from the store itself. Offerwd me 5% discount - that doesn't even cover the delivery cost! - AFTER I asked whay type of compensation I would get for this screw up. I used to work for this company, so I know they don't care about their employees, but now they don't even care about customers either.
I attempted to buy 12- Rubberific 4 foot edging in brown at Lowe’s in Dickson City,PA. On their store website showed 43 units. However, when I arrived zero were in stock, even after asking an associate to check. He said inventory has been “messed up” lately. We bought a fridge May 12 and it still hasn't been delivered. They didn't call or deliver on the scheduled delivery date, then sent us an email 3 days later saying our delivery had been pushed out another month. Supposed to be delivered on Tuesday but no one answers the phone at the store so can't even check on the status!!
My lawnmower broke in the spring. I ordered a new one almost 3 weeks ago. I have not received the lawnmower. I can't get a human operator in the Dickson City store where the item is. If my item isn't delivered soon, I'm canceling the order. I have already been fined $142 for not cutting my grass.
This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Two weeks in a row. I ordered on line for curbside pickup. It does not exist at the store in Dickson City PA. On June 20th at 11:20 am I ordered an item that was “available.” I needed it for the next day. I did not receive the email that it was ready so I tried calling the store number from 7 pm for about an hour until 8 pm. Drove all the way up there for an item that the website showed they had two in stock after waiting 25 minutes and asking customer service to page somebody three times they send Bill over That in for me there were none available did not offer me a discount on a similar item why they would have an option that shows the availability of a product That is Not accurate it’s pretty aggravating
I paid for a picnic table 2 weeks ago and the manager told me it would be assembled in 4 days. its been 2 weeks! I've been calling for over a week and nobody in the entire store will answer! u had no problem taking my money! I had to cancel a bday party because I needed that table! ur store sucks!!!!!! never will I ever order from Lowes again!
I've had such a horrible experience in Lowes Dickson City on saturday May 30, 2020. On Monday May 25, 2020, my fiance and I purchased a grill in-store, which was still in a box and not assembled. When checking out, the cashier offered free assembly, which we agreed to. We were advised we can pick the grill up on Friday May 29, 2020.
