Worst customer service, EVER! These people act like a paying customer is an annoyance! I'll NEVER shop here, again! Not ONE employee could be bothered to help me & customer service desk is a JOKE!
They emailed me saying they delivered my items but they never did. Now I can't reach anyone at all. No one picks up phone at Dickson City. Replies to their email come back undeliverable.
They dont deliver purchased iitems. Make promises but fail to deliver and fail to keep you informed on status of purchased items.
I refuse to recommend the Lowe's in Dickson City because every time I ordered something especially appliances they can not get it to you without a headache. Their delivery totally sucks except for the Black and Spanish man they care about the customer but my fridge had a dent and when the replacement was more damaged than the first one. I bought a riding lawn mower and it was delivered with a carpet staple in the tire. I pulled it out and the tire went flat. No one will answer the phone. I called all day yesterday and so far 2 hours today. I called the 1-800# and same thing, no one picks up then the line goes busy. There is no email to send a complaint. I will not deal with Lowe's again!
