I'm sorry I did not see these reviews before I went to Lowe's for my kitchen remodel! No communication and all they do is pass the blame!

Got phenomenal customer service today during two trips to the plumbing department. Sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful and went over and above to make sure I had the right parts for my repair.

I was so excited I got the last of the 20 Show lights light. And I got home and it was stolen! Nothing was even there! They have great sales and are great with customer interaction but they need better security

I placed an order online to be delivered at this Lowe's on August 26. Today is September 28th and it hasn't come in yet. I've called 5 times and spoke with 3 managers. One hung up on me, the other gave me the runaround and the third told me it would be here yesterday.... Big Surprise it's still not here. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Home Depot.
